Dahlia Policies 2024:

• All tubers are sold as (1) tuber individually, we do not sell clumps.

• All tubers are grown by us for at least one season before selling.

• Due to our cold climate, Northern Michigan, orders will not ship until April-May 2024. Dahlia Tubers will ship as soon as possible with these cold weather conditions in mind.

• Although highly unlikely, in the case of crop or storage failure, refunds will be given.

• We cannot combine orders, separate shipping will be charged for each order.

• Shipping rates are based on number of total tubers ordered.

  1-2 Tubers: $10 shipping.

  3-17 Tubers: $16 shipping.

  18-35 Tubers: $22 shipping.

  36+ Tubers: $40 shipping.

  Shipping only to the lower 48 states.

• Wholesale orders qualify for $15 flat rate shipping.

• All tubers are guaranteed to have one viable eye. However, due to the nature of being a small business with a perishable product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received a damaged tuber. No refunds will be given past that point as we cannot be liable for the perishability of the product beyond 7 days.

• We are a small business and mistakes can happen, if your tuber does not bloom true to color, please contact us in August of 2024 so we can make it right the next season.

• While we have sanitization and disease management practices in place, dormant diseases could show up when tubers are placed in different growing conditions. Because of this, we do not offer any refunds for disease, but please do alert us so we can watch that variety in our stock to see if it came from us or not. Thank you.
